Also if he wants visitation...that is a whole other animal.

The responsibility does not fall on the parents as you would probably sue in civil court for it. Further many minors with children are emancipated thus eliminating a parent's obligation to the child, so assuming you could get support out of the parents of the minor than you could only get arrears prior to emancipation.

Wow.....i need to spend less time at the office....Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3470883793219227052.post-46453240278182499242007-06-07T21:04:00.000-05:002007-06-07T21:04:00.000-05:00I'm not allowed to comment on an ongoing case... :...I'm not allowed to comment on an ongoing case... :-P jkJChttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08302011753087878877noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3470883793219227052.post-25603593041016837642007-06-07T08:26:00.000-05:002007-06-07T08:26:00.000-05:00HAHAHAHAHAHASpicy Law Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15632085304875637789noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3470883793219227052.post-46420523698092792702007-06-05T17:47:00.000-05:002007-06-05T17:47:00.000-05:00what did you do nowwhat did you do nowAnother Asian Law Studenthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17088794416061105739noreply@blogger.com
